  • Biological cleaning

Our vehicles comply with all measures against Covid-19. They have undergone biological cleaning and disinfections are done every month in the cabin and throughout the vehicle. After each movement the car is thoroughly cleaned with special cleaners for your safe movements.

  • Once your booking is complete, we will email you that your booking has been completed successfully.

  • Once you have entered your destination or hotel accommodation the booking form will show you the destination table to choose from, where prices are automatically calculated based on your hotel area.

  • No need to worry because Cretan bay transfer is constantly monitoring the airport arrival schedule. Our guide will be waiting for you at any time of your arrival at the airport without any additional charge. In case you know the flight delay you can inform us via e-mail (mention the email) or by phone +30 6948336813.

  • In case your flight arrives earlier Cretan Bay Transfer is constantly monitoring the flight from the airport board or website and our guides will be there to welcome you on arrival time.

  • In case of cancellation or diversion of your flight you can contact Cretan Bay Transfer by phone or mail with any new information about your flight and to change your reservation at no extra charge.

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival. In this case Cretan Bay Transfer will refund the money you have paid in advance. In case you have not made the cancellation within 24 hours before your arrival through your own fault then the company is not obliged to refund you.

  • Our guide will be waiting for you at the designated place of your arrival at the airport or port, holding a postcard with your name and surname. For anything you need you can contact by phone (phone number) or contact by e-mail.

  • In case your luggage exceeds the allowed space of the car, you will be charged with another car for your safe movement and your luggage. We would advise you to make a reservation from the beginning with a choice of vehicle: VAN type.

  • We provide completely free special seats for babies or children, all you need to do is select it in your booking form.

  • Of course it is possible. You send us your destination by mail and you are informed immediately about our price.

     

  • The prices of the excursions are configured according to your departure location and the excursion you wish to follow, contact us for any information.

  • Customers must use their own wheelchairs. In this case, please let us know so that we can send you the appropriate car with the appropriate space for your luggage. However, if you do not have a stroller, you can request it from the airport where you will be transported to the car free of charge.
